ICE is still terrorizing and kidnapping people in MN. From what I can tell, it’s the Twin Cities Metro, including the outlying suburbs, (Burnsville, Prior Lake, Lakeville, etc.), Southern and SE MN, (Northfield, Faribault, Owatonna, Rochester, etc.).
